The program is geared towards children ages 8-15. Please check with your supervisor to make sure it's OK to bring your child into the work area. Children under 8 years will not be allowed into event activities.
An information desk will be set up near the Masur Auditorium in Building 10 to help you on the day of the event. Stop by if you need a schedule, maps or answers.
Parents are responsible for their children the entire time that they are at NIH. There will be no child-care services available.
Pre-registration will be required for workshops listed in the schedule of events. Most of the scheduled activities will take place between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Kid-friendly lunch menus will be featured in Building 10, 31 and 45 cafeterias.
We'll provide a packet to our visiting children with information and materials provided by the Institutes. Stop by our information desk early on the day of the event to pick one up.
